February is a month of love, or at the very least it contains one very specific day centered around the concept of love, overpriced flowers, and some severe challenges when it comes to getting a dinner reservation. But we digress . . .
If you’re on this site, reading this article, there’s a better than average chance that you LOVE RVing just as much as we do. And what’s not to love? In celebration of this month’s theme of ‘love’, we wanted to list some of the reasons that people love RVing!
1) PET FRIENDLY
There are few vacations where you can feasibly take your furry friends along. But not when it comes to RVing! Pack the critters in the travel trailer, and hit the road!
2) CREATES MEMORIES
Ask anyone who went RVing as a kid, and they remember their time fondly. Memories of driving down the coast or visiting the rocky mountains, of roasting marshmallows under the stars, and that time Dad didn’t hook the sewage line up properly . . . oh how we all laughed . . .
3) TIME WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS
There’s no better way to get to know your family and friends than living in extremely close quarters inside a house on wheels. In a world physically separated by a wall of social media, it’s nice to be able to get close and enjoy some time together.
4) BECOME PART OF A COMMUNITY
As soon as you step inside an RV and hit the road, you become part of a community of travellers. There’s an acute sense of communal friendship that occurs when you’re an RVer; a sort of on-the-road kinship.
5) AFFORDABLE

6) SEE THE COUNTRY
We live in a beautiful country from coast to coast, and there’s no better way to see it and fully appreciate it than by driving through it, or rather across it.
7) IT’S HEALTHY
Studies have proven that travel enhances creativity, relieves stress, and can even strengthen your relationship with your significant other. RV travel in particular helps develop creative problem solving skills and makes you more adaptable.
