John was down to earth, friendly and easily explained all the features and service then introduced us to Gary who went over all the warranty and pricing. That convinced us that we wanted to buy from Rosman RV. No question was too small to have answered and we felt very comfortable. When we picked up the trailer, everything was ready for us and every little detail from truck weights to insurance was covered.
