I wanted to commend both the attention to service quality to Jason and the support to making this happen by Grant. We recently purchased a brand new Bigfoot camper and a few adjustments needed to be made. Jason listened to all of our concerns, personally made the changes and then followed up to ensure we were happy with every single adjustment. Jason also took it upon himself to outfit the camper to meet a disability retrofit without even a hesitation. The difference that we tested to the maximum at Bigfoot is the attention to detail, Bigfoot management actually listening to the user, the management and staff pride in the handmade workmanship in all their campers. If you can ever visit the plant you can see many the people working with their hands on every unit created. Both Jason and Grant also listened to user suggestions to improve new units to make this solid Canadian handmade product even tougher. We bought this unit because it can be used in the Canadian north and look forward to testing it out in the northern elements.
