He laid out the options and management made it possible to give my husband a few days to travel to Vernon to check the unit, as we do not live in area. When completing the transaction we were treated with respect and felt that staff answered all our questions and made us feel secure in our purchase. You did everything possible to make us Happy Campers as we left your premises. Unfortunately to date, we have had other commitments and have not taken it for a trip yet but will do so soon. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from the service department. My wife and I are senior citizens from Victoria traveling in our Isata 3 when our slide-out would not retract fully. The service manager Therron took the time to personally assess the problem and called on Caleb one of the technicians to fix what was a complicated issue. The repair was carried out promptly and expertly requiring specialized expertise. We cannot thank Therron enough for responding to our hour of need and would like to advise other customers that this organization is compassionate and highly competent. If I lived in Vernon this would be the RV repair service that I would choose to attend for the ongoing maintenance of my vehicle.
