I was so pleased with the way you handled our transaction when we purchased our motor home from your firm this summer. Your salesman, John was friendly; courteous; knowledgeable and most important of all, exerted no pressure to make a quick decision. He laid out the options and management made it possible to give my husband a few days to travel to Vernon to check the unit, as we do not live in area. When completing the transaction we were treated with respect and felt that staff answered all our questions and made us feel secure in our purchase. You did everything possible to make us Happy Campers as we left your premises. Unfortunately to date, we have had other commitments and have not taken it for a trip yet but will do so soon. Have made trips to the ranch at Princeton; Harrison Hot Springs; Salt Spring Island; Banff and Waterton Lakes; Creston and Penticton. Now I am in Palm Springs for six weeks; then off to Arizona and New Mexico. Will be here until the end of March. I left two weeks ago to get out of that rainy Vancouver weather. I love the Bigfoot Camper that you sold me and you are right it looks good on my black Chev truck. It’s doing what you said it would and even more. Stopped at Camper World in Oregon and even replaced the fridge vent cap without falling off the roof. Had hit a tree branch along the way. Mark has been so patient and helpful over the phone to get me up and running. Many many thanks. Your team is awesome. Was outside cleaning this week and it looks brand spanking new. I am really getting the hang of this. I am really happy with this unit and I again thank you for your help. Still haven’t taken it off the truck though.
