I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from the service department. My wife and I are senior citizens from Victoria traveling in our Isata 3 when our slide-out would not retract fully. The service manager Therron took the time to personally assess the problem and called on Caleb one of the technicians to fix what was a complicated issue. The repair was carried out promptly and expertly requiring specialized expertise. We cannot thank Therron enough for responding to our hour of need and would like to advise other customers that this organization is compassionate and highly competent. If I lived in Vernon this would be the RV repair service that I would choose to attend for the ongoing maintenance of my vehicle.

I wanted to commend both the attention to service quality to Jason and the support to making this happen by Grant. We recently purchased a brand new Bigfoot camper and a few adjustments needed to be made. Jason listened to all of our concerns, personally made the changes and then followed up to ensure we were happy with every single adjustment. Jason also took it upon himself to outfit the camper to meet a disability retrofit without even a hesitation. The difference that we tested to the maximum at Bigfoot is the attention to detail, Bigfoot management actually listening to the user, the management and staff pride in the handmade workmanship in all their campers. If you can ever visit the plant you can see many the people working with their hands on every unit created. Both Jason and Grant also listened to user suggestions to improve new units to make this solid Canadian handmade product even tougher. We bought this unit because it can be used in the Canadian north and look forward to testing it out in the northern elements. Please also thank, your great new addition to your sales staff Jeff, who not only was very professional during the sale however followed up after to see what adjustments needed to be made and then followed up after adjustments were made. Also, to Therien who worked with Bigfoot to help us and did with professionalism and a great sense of humour. Both are great people to work with.
