We bought our Arctic Fox Camper from Jacquelyn at Mike Rosman R.V. (Vernon Recreational Products) and we can’t describe how happy we are with the camper and the dedicated service we receive from them. We had the opportunity to see and tour the factory in LaGrande, Oregon and the reception there was the same. Being snowmobilers and with winter camping, we have put our camper through the All Season Test and feel the unit came through with “Five Stars”. The staff at Mike Rosman R.V. Thanks for the follow up and I was very impressed with the pick up yesterday as all your staff from Mike to Dean and Chaylee were very helpful. Lisa and I feel like we made the right choice to follow my friends advice to deal with your place for our RV purchase. Too bad it took so many years to actually purchase one. We are very satisfied and our truck seems to be towing it alright and we are looking forward to early next year for our first trip. Thanks again and I’m sure we will be back from time to time for necessary service etc.
