We recently purchased our first “New” RV, a 2012 Nash 17K from Rosman RV. John Bowmeester was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to share his knowledge and experience to make sure we got the right trailer and understood every aspect of how to use and maintain our new trailer. Nellie and I would like to thank the entire team at Rosman Rv (Vernon Recreational Procucts) for making this a rewarding experience. The sales, finance, insurance and delivery personal were great. They installed a Brake controller and set up the equalizer hitch so that we could drive our new trailer home that day. We were shown how every aspect of the trailer functioned as well as how to maintain it. John’s honesty and integrity were greatly appreciated. Thanks John!!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Therron and your team. Again you have gone over and above helping us last week with the battery replacement and setting our hitch. We did not realize how important it was to set the hitch properly and it made a huge difference towing the trailer home. Justin said it was like night and day, it tows perfectly now.
