I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from the service department. My wife and I are senior citizens from Victoria traveling in our Isata 3 when our slide-out would not retract fully. The service manager Therron took the time to personally assess the problem and called on Caleb one of the technicians to fix what was a complicated issue.
