Len and I (Holly) would like to let you know how much we appreciated how well we were treated and the great customer service we had when we purchased our 2011 Coachmen Catalina. We had a older camper for the last few years and when we wandered onto the lot that day, we were only “browsing” and looking at different floor plans. John was down to earth, friendly and easily explained all the features and service then introduced us to Gary who went over all the warranty and pricing. That convinced us that we wanted to buy from Rosman RV. No question was too small to have answered and we felt very comfortable. When we picked up the trailer, everything was ready for us and every little detail from truck weights to insurance was covered.
