When the qualified technician had finished the show and tell on our new Nash 23D I felt that Davida would be quite capable and comfortable to take the trailer to the campsite and completely set it up on her own something she had not been comfortable doing with the other RVs we had purchased. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from the service department. My wife and I are senior citizens from Victoria traveling in our Isata 3 when our slide-out would not retract fully. The service manager Therron took the time to personally assess the problem and called on Caleb one of the technicians to fix what was a complicated issue. The repair was carried out promptly and expertly requiring specialized expertise. We cannot thank Therron enough for responding to our hour of need and would like to advise other customers that this organization is compassionate and highly competent. If I lived in Vernon this would be the RV repair service that I would choose to attend for the ongoing maintenance of my vehicle.
